Chiropractor & Clinical Director
Dr Mohammed Ashraf
- AECC Graduate
- GCC Registered
- MSK Lead Experience
With nearly two decades of experience, I qualified from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2005. Over the years, I've served as a Musculoskeletal Lead within a busy medical practice, gaining a deep appreciation for how integrated care helps patients recover faster.
For me, chiropractic care isn't just about a quick fix; it's about 'active recovery.' I enjoy taking the time to explain exactly what is happening in your body, using easy-to-understand language so you feel confident and in control of your health journey. I'm proud to lead this clinic alongside my brother, focusing on lasting solutions rather than short-term patches.
Outside of clinical work, I'm a big family man. Whether I'm being teased by my relatives — who affectionately call me 'Noo-Noo' — or heading out for a long walk to clear my head, family and balance are at the heart of everything I do.

Clinic Director & Urology Registrar
Dr Abdul Rehman
- MBChB University of Birmingham
- Urology Registrar
- GP Experience
My journey into medicine began with a love for science and a desire to help people, inspired by my uncle who was a local GP. After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2010, I spent much of my career in Urology and general practice. However, I often felt the 'siloed' nature of traditional medicine left many chronic pain patients without a clear path forward.
I wanted to offer patients a bigger picture for their health, which led me to take over the family clinic. I am also deeply passionate about our Weight Management and Wellness services — this is personal for me. I have struggled with my weight my whole life, so I understand the hurdles and frustrations because I live them. My goal is to provide the kind of empathetic, non-judgmental partnership I wish I'd had access to myself.
When I'm not at the clinic, I'm usually surrounded by my family or playing with my two-year-old daughter.

- NHS Background
My journey into chiropractic care began not in a classroom, but as a patient. After a debilitating back injury and sciatica left me reliant on pain medication, I discovered chiropractic care. The results were life-changing — I regained my mobility and finally got my life back on track. That experience sparked a career shift, leading me to dedicate six years to studying at McTimoney College of Chiropractic while working full-time in the NHS.
This dual background — both clinical and personal — shapes how I approach patient care. I see every person who walks through the door not just as a list of symptoms, but as someone with a unique story. Whether you're a weekend warrior with a sports injury or someone managing the daily grind of chronic pain, I'm here to help you reclaim your mobility and confidence.
Outside the clinic, I'm passionate about fitness and enjoy staying active. I believe that movement is medicine, and I love sharing that philosophy with my patients as they progress through their recovery.

Physiotherapist
Mufiza
- MSc Advanced Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registered
- Antenatal Specialist
- Manchester Metropolitan University
As an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with over six years of clinical experience, my mission is to help you reclaim your quality of life by restoring movement and easing pain. My journey in healthcare has been driven by a passion for seeing patients thrive, whether they are recovering from a sports injury or navigating the physical changes of pregnancy.
I hold a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University. This allows me to offer a truly personalised approach using evidence-based tools — from manual therapy and soft tissue work to cupping therapy and specialist antenatal and postnatal care.
For me, being a therapist means being a partner in your recovery. Away from the clinic, I stay energised by exploring new places and staying active, always keeping up with the latest research to bring the best techniques to my patients.
Physiotherapist
Haseeb
- DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- MSc Exercise Medicine
- HCPC Registered
- University of Lahore & University of Chester
With over four years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation, my goal is simple: to help you move with confidence again. My journey into physiotherapy began with a genuine fascination for human mechanics — specifically how targeted movement can be the most powerful tool for recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.
After earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Lahore and my MSc in Exercise Medicine from the University of Chester, I've spent the last two years practising here in the UK, working with a diverse range of patients from those managing chronic pain to athletes returning to peak performance.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to your individual needs. I believe that every patient deserves a clear understanding of their condition and the pathway to recovery. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and am passionate about continuous learning to keep my skills sharp.
