Back pain that stops you living your life
Whether it came on suddenly or has been building for years, back and spinal pain is something we treat every single day. We find out why it's happening — then we do something about it.
What We Treat
Back & spine conditions we see every day
These are the most common back and spinal conditions our patients come to us with. If yours isn't listed, get in touch — this isn't an exhaustive list.
Lower Back Pain
The most common condition we treat. Acute or chronic, work-related or sports-related — we assess the root cause and build a treatment plan around it, not just the symptoms.
Sciatica
Radiating pain, numbness or tingling running from the lower back into the leg. Often caused by nerve compression at the spine — highly treatable with the right approach.
Disc Herniation / Bulge
Prolapsed or bulging discs causing local or referred pain. Conservative treatment produces excellent results for the majority of patients — surgery is rarely the first answer.
Facet Joint Pain
Localised back or neck pain from the small joints of the spine, typically worse on certain movements. Responds well to manual therapy and specific exercise.
Spinal Stenosis
Narrowing of the spinal canal causing pain, weakness or heaviness in the legs. Conservative management can significantly reduce symptoms and improve function.
Scoliosis (Postural)
Postural management and exercise therapy to manage spinal curvature and associated pain — particularly in patients who want to stay active and avoid medication.
Our Approach
How we treat back & spine conditions
We don't have a one-size-fits-all protocol. Every patient gets a full history and clinical examination before any treatment begins — because understanding why you're in pain is the first step to treating it properly.
