Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making innatehealthcare.co.uk accessible to everyone, including users of assistive technology. Structured against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Last updated: 1 May 2026

Using this website

This accessibility statement applies to innatehealthcare.co.uk. It has been prepared by Innate Healthcare Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 400% without content spilling off the screen
  • Navigate the site using only a keyboard
  • Navigate the site using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most content using a screen reader (including NVDA and VoiceOver)

We have also aimed to make the website text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this website is

We believe this website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard. We are working to resolve the following known issues:

  • Some older PDF patient leaflets may not be fully tagged for screen-reader access. We are working to replace these with accessible HTML versions.
  • Focus indicators may not be visible on all interactive elements in older browsers. We recommend using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Some embedded booking widgets from our third-party provider may not meet all WCAG 2.2 AA criteria. We have reported these to the supplier.

Feedback and contact information

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or using this website, please contact us. We will endeavour to provide the information you need in an alternative format.

We aim to respond within five working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the accessibility regulations. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the WCAG version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed above.

What we're doing to improve accessibility

  • We carry out periodic accessibility audits using automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse) and manual testing with screen readers.
  • We aim to resolve the known issues listed above by the next review date.
  • We train content editors on producing accessible content.
